By accessing or using Dialoque ("the Service," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Description of Service

Dialoque is an AI-powered voice roleplay platform designed to help users practice interpersonal communication skills. The Service provides simulated conversations, feedback scorecards, and progress tracking. It is an educational tool only. It is not a medical service, therapy, or mental health treatment. 3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using Dialoque you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Registration

You must create an account to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at admin@expertfocus.online of any unauthorized use.

5. Privacy and Confidentiality of Conversations

The content of your sessions is strictly private.

We are committed to the principle that what you practice in Dialoque stays with you. Conversation transcripts and voice data are processed solely to generate your session scorecard and populate your personal history. They are:

• Never reviewed, read, or listened to by any member of the Dialoque team
• Never sold, licensed, or shared with any third party for any purpose
• Never used to train AI models without your explicit, separately obtained consent
• Retained only as long as necessary to provide the Service to you

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm any person
• Share your account credentials with any third party
• Circumvent any usage limits or access controls

7. Subscription and Payment

Dialoque offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are issued at our discretion. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including the AI personas, scorecard framework, and interface — are owned by Dialoque and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any original content you provide. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated feedback will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dialoque shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
