1. Who We Are

Dialoque ("we," "us," "our") is an AI-powered communication practice platform. For privacy questions or data requests, contact us at admin@expertfocus.online.

2. Information We Collect

Account information

When you create an account we collect your email address and name (via Clerk, our authentication provider). We store your subscription plan status and basic account metadata (created date, onboarding status).

Session data

When you complete a practice session we store: the persona selected, the situation brief you entered, the session duration, and the transcript generated during the conversation. The transcript is used exclusively to generate your scorecard and populate your session history. It is processed automatically and is never reviewed by a human.

Usage data

We track aggregate usage metrics (number of sessions per week) for the purpose of enforcing plan limits and for anonymized, aggregate product analytics. This data does not include conversation content.

Voice data

Your voice is processed in real time by our voice AI provider (ElevenLabs) solely to enable the conversation. We do not store raw audio recordings. ElevenLabs' privacy practices govern their handling of audio during processing; please review their privacy policy for details.

3. Conversation Privacy — In Detail

We want to be unambiguous about how your conversation content is handled:

• No human review: No employee, contractor, or representative of Dialoque can access the content of your sessions. Transcript processing is entirely automated.
• No third-party sharing: Your conversation content is never sold, rented, licensed, or disclosed to any third party for any purpose, including advertising, analytics, or research.
• No AI training use: Your conversations are not used to train or fine-tune any AI model without your explicit, separately obtained consent.
• Deletion on request: You may request deletion of all your session data at any time by contacting admin@expertfocus.online. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and operate the Service, including generating your scorecards and session history
• Enforce subscription plan limits
• Send transactional emails related to your account (account creation, billing)
• Improve the Service through aggregate, anonymized analytics
• Respond to your support requests

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Dialoque:

• Clerk: Authentication and account management
• ElevenLabs: Real-time voice AI for session conversations
• Anthropic (Claude): Scorecard generation from session transcripts
• Stripe: Payment processing for paid subscriptions
• Vercel: Hosting and infrastructure
• Supabase / PostgreSQL: Secure database storage

Each provider has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data. We select providers on the basis of their privacy and security practices and limit the data we share with each to the minimum required for the service they provide.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Session transcripts and scorecards are retained in your account history until you delete them or close your account. When you delete your account, all associated data — including session transcripts and scorecards — is permanently deleted within 30 days.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; object to or restrict certain processing; and data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at admin@expertfocus.online. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Children's Privacy

Dialoque is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the Service. Your continued use after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
