Subprocessors

Dialoque is a product of ExpertFocus LLC.
A subprocessor is a third-party service we rely on to operate Dialoque and that may process data on our behalf. The subprocessors below are the same providers listed in our Privacy Policy's Third-Party Services section. We select each on the basis of its own privacy and security practices, and share with it only the minimum data required for the service it provides.

| Vercel | Hosting, infrastructure, and cookieless, aggregate site analytics (page paths only, never conversation content or session identifiers) |
| Google (Analytics) | Aggregate website analytics: page views and traffic sources, using cookies and redacted page addresses (never conversation content, transcripts, or session identifiers) |
| Neon | Managed PostgreSQL database storage |
| Resend | Email delivery — welcome messages, follow-up reminders, post-session debrief emails, and the weekly newsletter for those who subscribe |
This list covers our direct subprocessors only. It does not enumerate each provider's own subprocessors; consult each provider's privacy policy for that detail. If we add or change a subprocessor in a way that materially affects how your data is handled, we will update this page.
